Before you get started with Osceola Elementary Inaugural Turtle Trot...
1.) Make sure you are healthy so check with your doctor.
2.) Getting the right running shoes for your foot type is crucial for comfort and injury prevention. Visit a running store to get expert advice on buying the right running shoes.
3.) Before you start your workouts, make sure you warm-up properly by walking for 5-10 minutes. You should always end your workout with a cool down too.
4.) Drink water at the end of your workouts to re hydrate.
5.) Grab a friend and have fun!
Remember you can change the samples to meet your needs. Do not be intimidated you can always walk, or walk run. Work at YOUR pace.
